Refund policy

Any items being made to order, all sales are final, with no returns, exchanges or cancellations Clothing is 7-14 day TAT, glass cans/tumblers/mugs is 7-10 business day TAT. 

PLEASE check your order over carefully.

Fonts and material colors can vary and I am not able to return or redo any item for mistakes with your order or if you are not happy with the way that a letter or color looks. Please note that actual colors may vary slightly from images shown due to monitor and screen settings. JAC Creations is NOT responsible if you are not happy with the font, size (of clothing or decals), or color you chose. 

Damaged/Incorrect Merchandise
 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received merchandise from me that is damaged, incorrect or not as described (wrong style, size or color), please email me at jenchirico@verizon.net within 2 days of receipt. 


If your order is approved for return/exchange:
  • A prepaid shipping label will be provided for you to return the damaged item.
  • Once your package is received please allow up to 10 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
 
A partial or full store credit (no refunds to your card) will be issued to your account, not including shipping fees and taxes, once the damaged merchandise is reviewed and approved (a picture MUST be provided with proof of damage).
Any non-made to order product, notification of any issue is due within 3 days of delivery.
